The idea here was to reproduce the approach from the first video, and carry out this prediction without bringing up a potentially qualifying idea and triggering the fear sensation through the usual pathway (since that's the next exercise).
I didn't understand that the first time I watched it, and immediately went to generating candidate fearful thoughts as the most efficient approach to getting a good read on the sensation. Then I watched the next part and went "whoops.".
I think it'd help to be more clear about this for the first exercise.
